Comfortable basement apartment. Close to the city, yet idyllic

Our newly built basement holiday rental is located on the ground floor of our single-family home, not far from Hamburg (100 metres from the "Hamburg" sign). It’s in a very central location yet close to nature. Directly across the street is a wooded area that’s perfect for walking and relaxing. Not far from there lies the Dalbek Gorge Nature Reserve, a wonderful place to recharge your energy.
The holiday rental has been furnished with great care and attention to detail. The south-facing entrance, complete with a front patio, is located on a quiet street. Although the house is situated directly on the street (north side), the accommodation is very quiet. Various shopping options—such as a bakery, a butcher shop (highly recommended), a fresh produce market, and a petrol station—are just a 5-minute walk away. In Neu-Börnsen (5 minutes by car), you’ll find additional shopping options like Aldi, Lidl, and a chemist.
The accommodation is ideal for business travellers, city break enthusiasts visiting Hamburg, as well as families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday close to nature. The Sachsenwald forest and the proximity to the Elbe River are just two of the many nearby attractions. Baltic Sea lovers are also very welcome here.
You’ll enter directly into the spacious, light-filled living room with an open-concept kitchen. Here you’ll find a sleeper sofa (140 x 200), two wicker coffee tables, a dining table, four dining chairs, and an armchair with a side table. There is also direct access to the front terrace from here. The bedroom features a double bed (140 x 200) and a wardrobe (125 x 200). The bathroom is equipped with a brand-new shower, toilet, and a sink with a vanity cabinet and a wall-mounted shelf.
