FEATURES: Oceanfront condominiums offer security gate access, elevators in all buildings, oceanfront courtyard, outdoor oceanfront pool, indoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor guest bathrooms, grilling area, exercise room, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, playground area, EV charging stations. On-site restaurant, The Resort Grill, is open for breakfast and lunch year-round (closed on Wednesdays). Two parking spaces per unit. No boats or trailers.

Oceanfront, 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms. King * 2 Singles. Island Club linen service with beds made. Second floor location with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. Sitting area with Smart TV. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 Smart TVs with wireless Internet access. Relax on the furnished balcony after a fun day on the beach. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets.

We enjoyed our stay here as a family (2 adults, kids- 15 & 11). It was our first time to the resort and the Crystal Coast. The immediate area was quiet and lowkey/less commercial which we wanted; it felt safe and everyone we met was friendly. The easy walk to both beach and pool is convenient - perfect for when someone wanted to be at the beach and others at the pool, made it easy to go back and forth. The beach was wide and uncrowded during our time; the clear water was amazing! We loved that the pools and hot tub were open late(til 11pm). Especially nice for after dark when parents may want to wind down & kids still want something to do. The condo was clean, neat, comfortable; had everything we needed especially as we cook many of our meals there. Beds were comfortable and it was great to have linens/towels included in the stay (we are used to having to bring those items to beach stays). It's an older resort which shows more in some spaces and while the condo may not be newly updated as far as decor or style, I personally found that nostalgic and comforting; enjoyed little details that reminded me of a beach stay in my own childhood. During our stay we visited the NC Aquarium, Town Park (playground, mini golf), many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream - all were available within reasonable drive, some only minutes. We were close enough to explore other beach areas on the Crystal Coast too and there was much to check out all within a 20min drive (or less).

This condo was adequate. There were things that were great as well as things that were not so great. The listing is misleading. It states that there is an on site restaurant, which we learned has been gone for a number of years. It states there are three pools - there are two. It states there is easy access to the beach. We only made it out to the beach twice over 6 days due to the difficulty of getting there. Positives - great outdoor pool, bedrooms are nice, attractive and comfortable, A/C works great, wifi and TV service were strong with four TVs. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.Negatives - Beach access difficult, living areas desperately need to be updated with comfortable attractive furniture. No puzzles or good games available. No beach chairs or umbrellas. We had to call in a maintenance request - there was NO hot water the first two days of our stay. They did respond quickly and we were all able to take warm showers the remainder of the week. For the cost of this rental I would have expected the living area of the condo to be much more comfortable. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but the furniture is completely mismatched, uncomfortable and looks to be from the 1970s or later. The lamp shade on one of the lamps is so threadworn, it has two big holes. The recliner does not recline. The location of the condo is great and it has the potential to be very nice. If you expect people to pay what you are asking for a week, you need to make improvements.
