Nähe zum Strand und für Mieter die Strassenlärm nicht stört.

Das Haus Solana ist eigentlich in guter Lage zum Meer und dem Ortszentrum. Teilweise hochwertige Inneneinrichtung und alles funktionsfähig. Leider führt die Umgehungs- und Zufahrtstrasse zum Strand direkt am Haus vorbei. Auf Grund des Strassenlärms war der nicht besonders gepflegte Innenhof für uns nicht nutzbar. In die sogenannte Garage passt maximal ein Fahrzeug von der Grösse eines Smart. Man könnte das mit geringem Aufwand ändern, denn der Parkdruck ist in der Saison und an den Wochenenden vorhanden. Insbesondere wegen des Lärms war das Haus Solana für uns nicht das Richtige.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos. Die Nähe zum Strand und auch in den Ort mit Restaurants und Bars ist großartig, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. An Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Zwei getrennte Schlafbereiche mit eigenen Duschbädern haben wir mit 3 erwachsenen Personen als sehr entspannt empfunden.
