Sehr gut gelegen, fußläufig zum Strand. Tolles Objekt. Zwei Fahrräder stehen im Schuppen, der Haken in der Beschreibung fehlt aber! Bitte nachbessern. Ansonsten alles so, wie es sein sollte. Modern, gemütlich, sonnig, ruhig, Betten bereits bezogen, Handtücher - alles da. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Der Gaskamin und auch die Sauna sind ein hervorzuhebende Ausstattungsmerkmale (nicht benutzt, das insgesamt zu warm, aber außerhalb des Hochsommers sicherlich toll!). Auch der Garten am Haus mit Grillmöglichkeit hat uns sehr gefallen (leider ist der Grill schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber noch benutzbar. Eine Grillzange fehlte, wir haben eine gekauft und für die kommenden Gäste da gelassen). Verbesserungsvorschläge: Durch die Fensterfront am Esstisch ist aufgrund der fehlenden Rollos/Gardinen das Wohn-/Esszimmer aus der Nachbarschaft voll einsehbar. Wir haben uns v. a. abends bei Beleuchtung wie "auf dem Präsentierteller" gefühlt. Auch dass es in diesem Bereich überhaupt keine Beschattungsmöglichkeit gibt, ist ein Manko. Wir wollen uns ja nicht über das herrliche Wetter beschweren ;-), aber v. a. das EG war durch die Sonneneinstrahlung bereits am Vormittag auf 27-28 Grad aufgeheizt, was beim Frühstücken unangenehm war. Das wären auch schon die beiden Hauptkritikpunkte, evtl. ist eine "Nachrüstung" möglich? Leider sind 2 der 3 beschichteten Pfannen komplett zerkratzt (häufiges Problem in Ferienwohnungen, kein Mensch würde zu Hause mit den eigenen Gerätschaften so umgehen!), was wohl auch daran liegt, dass kein Kunststoff-Pfannenwender vorhanden ist (wir haben uns mit den Holzkochlöffeln beholfen). Die WC-Bürsten sollten dringend erneuert werden. Das Vorhandensein eines Kaffee-Vollautomaten war an sich gut, allerdings mussten wir ihn erst einmal ausgiebig reinigen. Defekte Birnen in den Bädern wurden umgehend getauscht und auch ein durchgebrannter Fön sofort ersetzt.

Ein sehr schickes Ferienhaus, mit vielen Ausstattungsmerkmalen und vor allem für Kinder viel Spielzeug, Bücher, Buddelsachen, Bollerwagen etc. Ein Manko aus unserer Sicht: der komplette Wohn-/Essbereich hat keinerlei Vorhänge oder Rollos, was sowohl bei Sonneneinstrahlung als auch abends, wenn man auf der Couch liegen will, ein Nachteil ist, da die Häuser dicht an dicht stehen und man wie auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt.
