This beautiful penthouse holiday apartment is located in a quiet area of the Baltic Sea resort town of Kellenhusen. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the local shops in the town centre. It accommodates up to 6 people + 1 toddler in a travel cot, as well as 2 dogs upon request. Your holiday home is located on the top floor of the building (2nd floor).
Spread across a generous 120 m² of living space are 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a modern open-concept kitchenette in the living area. The approximately 60 m² rooftop terrace faces south, offering a special living atmosphere... This holiday rental is bright, modern, and very inviting—it’s sure to win you over. You’ll find a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, a well-equipped open-concept kitchen integrated into the living area featuring a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more, 3 cosy bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV.
You’ll have access to a shared bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional shower room (accessible directly from one of the 3 bedrooms).

The large, furnished rooftop terrace invites you to enjoy cosy and relaxing moments right at your holiday rental....

There are 2 parking spaces available for this holiday rental. Bicycle racks are provided outdoors for any bicycles you bring along...

Wirklich schöne Wohnung. Leider waren wir nur 2 Nächte da. Im Sommer ist die riesen Terrasse bestimmt richtig toll. Betten waren gut. Nur der Fernseher im kleinen Schlafzimmer tat leider nicht.
