The host was amazing and sent a new coffee maker immediately when the other one was not working.The grandkids loved that the pool was so close and available later in the evening! It was also close to all the attractions that we wanted to attend.

Very clean, exactly as pictured. The only issue is the noise. The floors are paper thin. You can hear every foot step from the condo above. Would be a non issue if it did not keep us up in the middle of the night. There is a basket of ear plugs on the table that says to use for a good nights sleep. We sleep with fans but should not be expected to wear ear plugs while sleeping. Especially with kids.

Thank you for staying at Vineyards Condo, and I'm so glad it was clean and just as pictured. I'm so sorry the noise from the unit above kept your family up. Sleep matters so much on vacation, especially with kids, and I hear you that earplugs aren't a real fix. I now make sure guests know the condo shares walls and floors before they book, so every family can plan for it. I'd love the chance to give you a better night's rest next time.
