Why they chose this property
This location is the perfect place to be close to Dublin, the airport and yet very accessible to the country to go on day trips. There are lovely restaurants nearby such as Carton House, a 5 star resort, Weston airport for brunch, K Club for golf and yet I can be in the city centre in 30 minutes on public transport directly opposite. I love to be in the city and get a bus home late having walked my feet off enjoying the bustle of Dublin. The bus stop in the city is next to Temple bar, where parking is a premium. At my place I can park my car for the independence of driving down the country, yet hop on the train or bus for the city. It is the best of both worlds!
