Motor access to the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "stresa" 4 km, railway station "Stresa" 4 km, ferry "stresa" 5 km, pebble beach 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Baveno 5 km, Orta San Giulio 20 km. Hiking paths: Mottarone 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania, 17 km.

On the lower ground floor: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV. Exit to the garden.
