Very nice condo - small but well maintained and well appointed with nice updates. Bunk beds are smaller than a standard twin but were comfortable for my teens. King bed is wonderful, but takes up almost all the available floor space in the single bedroom, so be aware if you plan for a pack n play or if you have mobility issues. Front door lock was so confusing it was comical (like playing Myst!) but we got the hang of it. Kitchen sink and tub have original builder grade fixtures that are hard to turn and adjust but the rest of the bathroom is gorgeous and new, and the kitchen is good sized and comes fully equipped. Location is awesome - so close to Gatlinburg. The balcony overlooks a truly charming creek with a small waterfall, but glass door onto balcony is stubborn to open/close. TV is huge and new, furniture is premium, decor is classy. Thank you for allowing pets! Would recommend this condo, for sure!
