Slightly tụcked from a gated private róad access that keep property săfe with privacy from the busy road yet still at close proximity to Sevilla Community School, laundrymat,car wash, gas station and minutes drive to prime universities, malls, and beaches.



Guest access
Host is remote living abroad but virtualy interacts to guest if needed and coordinates to Onsite Person for further assistance and guidance.

Other things to note
AMA unit shower has hot water. But no hot water on sinks faucet for washing.

Close to long term rentals and private residence houses.

Domestic Dog by neighbors are in a leash.
