Lovely location, comfortable for a night—but a few hiccups!We really appreciated the charming spot by the sea—waking up to that view was a highlight. The apartment, though a bit dated, served its purpose for us.That said, there were a few things that could use improvement. The beds were quite firm, and the pool was located in a separate building—not as convenient as expected. The nearby train passed frequently, which made things a little noisy at times. The dishwasher didn’t work perfectly, and without air conditioning, we had to keep the shutters closed because it got very warm inside, making the space feel dark. We also weren’t given a building key, and since the entrance locked at 10 pm, it was a bit stressful—thankfully, a kind neighbor helped us get in with our two kids.All in all, the stay was okay for just one night, but I’d suggest a few upgrades before recommending it for longer visits. Hope these notes help others know what to expect—or what could be improved!

Voie de chemin de fer juste à côté. Klaxon de train tôt le matin. Etat des meubles de la cuisine pas terrible. On a l'impression que le lave vaisselle va se casser en l'ouvrant Pas de poubelle à disposition.

Emplacement difficile à trouver, avec les indications donnés. Pas de contacte après 19h,clé dans une boîte pas de code, stress quand ont ne sait pas comment rentrée dans l'appartement sans rien casser. Suite à de nombreux appels code donnés à 21h

Un appartement dans un cadre idilique sauf l'accès qui est compliqué et très étroit pour les voitures (véhicules larges s'abstenir). Il manque le lave linge et le micro-onde qui sont essentiels pour des longs sejours. Difficulté à communiquer à cause de la langue pour l'aquisition des clés.... Notre séjour, nous a été très agréable...

Zu teuer, nur mit kleinem PKW

Bei der Ankunft war die Schlüsselübergabe schwierig, denn das Personal konnte weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen. So erfuhren wir erst während des Aufenthalts per WhatsApp was wir alles falsch gemacht haben und wie wir es zu tun haben (parken, Müll entsorgen). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber nur hatten wir leider eine Ameisenplage aus der Nachbarwohnung, Die Ameisen kamen durch die Zwischentüre der beiden Wohnungen. Die Küche ist mit sehr vielen zusammengetragen Tellern, 3 Gläsern, 4 Tassen und...

Familienurlaub mit kleinen Tücken

Wir haben drei schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ferienanlage und die hier bewertete Wohnung haben viele schöne Seiten, aber auch ein paar Nachteile, derer man sich bei einer Buchung bewusst sein sollte. Pro: sauberes, gepflegtes villenartiges Haus, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer, großer Wohn- und Essbereich, Einbauküche mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien, modernes Bad mit großer Dusche, insgesamt sauber und gepflegt. Zum Anwesen gehört ein großer und betreuter Pool, den die Kinder liebten sowie ein kleiner Privatstrand direkt am Haus. Die Lage ist zentral, aber die tatsächlichen Wege sind weiter als die angegebene Luftlinie in der Anzeige. Contra: Ein Thema können die Parkmöglichkeiten sein, denn es gibt nur eine Abstellmöglichkeit des Autos in der breiten Einfahrt der Tiefgarage, die man aber mit anderen Gästen bzw. den Mietern der Tiefgarage teilt. Es ist nicht garantiert einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Anlage. Zudem ist die Zufahrt zum Anwesen wirklich sehr eng, da man die Bahnlinie unterqueren muss. Autos größer als Golfklasse sind hier wirklich gefährdet sich Kratzer zu holen. In der Wohnung selbst muss man sich der Bahnlinie in direkter Nähe zum Haus bewusst sein. Das ist aber gut tolerierbar und nachts fahren keine Züge. Zudem fehlt ein Sofa der Wohnung, was aus den Bildern klar hervorgeht, aber doch zu bedenken ist. Die Möbel sind etwas verlebt. Zudem sind die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen und sicher nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen. Teilweise ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub in einer wirklich zauberhaften Region mit atemberaubenden Kulissen.

Très bien !

Emplacement magnifique, face à la mer. Jardins très bien entretenus. Voie ferrée très proche, mais les trains ralentissent et la gêne est modique. Appartement spacieux, propre et bien fourni en vaisselle. Procédure d'arrivée à préciser : le numéro de téléphone sur la réservation n'était pas le bon.
