• A bedroom with a double bed.

• Bathroom with shower/toilet, hair dryer

• Partially covered terrace with patio furniture (fold-out table for up to 4 people, 2 lounge chairs, umbrella, electric grill/barbecue

• Additional terrace (facing the sunrise) with a bench

• Entrance foyer with coat rack, hallway, storage room with washing machine, off-peak storage heater, cot, high chair, board games, badminton, and bocce

• The property features a large lawn for sunbathing
