Schönes Anwesen auf dem Land mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberfamilie

Pros: Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es hat viele schöne Blumen und einen gepflegten Rasen. Der Pool ist wunderbar und an heissen Tagen ein absoluter Mehrwert. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht in die Berge lenkt vom Alltag ab. Gutes Konzept für die Entsorgung des Abfalls. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie. Eines der Kinder spricht Englisch, ansonsten sind Kenntnisse in Italienisch von Vorteil. Mit Übersetzer-Apps kommt man aber auch über die Runden. Sehr viele Badestrände in kurzer Zeit von dort erreichbar Autounterstand mit Dach Was man wissen muss: Das Anwesen besteht aus dem Haus der Gastgeberfamilie (in der Mitte) und rechts und links je einer Einleger-Wohnung. Es sind also drei Parteien bei Vollauslastung auf dem Anwesen, welche sich den Pool teilen. Wir durften auch den Aussengrill benutzen :-) Küche ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet, es hat alles Notwendige. Wir haben selber gekocht und sind gut mit den vorhanden Utensilien zurecht gekommen. Cons: Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, war eher eine Luftzirkulation Die Matratze ist eher etwas hart, war aber weiter kein Problem.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber

Pros: Zentrale Lage, optimal für Ausflüge an die Costa Smeralda und der Gallura.
