The Liparis holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a house in the historic Hofmark area. You enter through a spacious hallway furnished with period pieces. From there, you can access both the living and kitchen areas, as well as the bathroom and bedroom. In the cosy living room, a rustic-style dining set invites you to enjoy relaxed meals. You can spend your evenings either on the sofa with a good book, listening to the radio, or watching TV, or you can enjoy the cosy and spacious loggia, which also provides shelter from the rain. During the warmer months, two lounge chairs with cushions are available. Umbrellas make for a pleasant afternoon break. Two yoga mats are available for your use. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual kitchenware, you’ll find a coffee maker and electric kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a milk frother, and an egg cooker. The bedroom, featuring a double bed, a rustic chest, and a closet, is decorated in a country style. You can dry your towels and dressing gowns either in the newly renovated bathroom (towel dryer) or on the drying rack; an iron and ironing board are also available for your use. You can use the provided trolley and pool noodle to get to the Rottal Terme; a basket and shopping bags are available for grocery shopping. Bed linens, table linens, dishes, and towels are provided for our guests. Keys are handed over via a key safe. Pets are allowed upon request. For bookings of up to three nights, there is a fee of 10 EUR per night; for four or more nights, the fee is 5 EUR per night. A visitor’s tax of 2.90 EUR per person per night is charged. Please note that the tourist tax increases to 3.40 EUR as of 01.01.2026.
