Overall the space was great! Check in and communication was easy and quick. The apartment was clean. At times it could be loud from the occupants above but it ended well before sleep times and we went to bed early. The location was very close and easy access to the downtown convention area.

This rental was clean, everything worked, and it looked newly renovated. The four of us enjoyed that the rental was a short walk to the park where the excellent Provo farmer's market occurs on Saturdays and to a used book store, French bakery, grocery store, and the wide choice of non-chain restaurants on Center Street. And it's just far enough away from Center Street that it's perfectly quiet at night. It's a short drive to the University or the trailheads for the canyons in Provo and Pleasant Grove. In terms of square feet, the rental is a bit on the small side for a family of four, but the space is well arranged, so it was perfect for our week-long stay. And the washer, drier, and *gas* stove came in handy. It was a great base camp for our Provo vacation.
