There are two full bathrooms one with shower and tub, one with shower only. The home features central air conditioning and heating for year‑round comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the lanai, making it ideal for entertaining. Amenities include a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice maker, Magic Bullet, waffle iron, cookware, tableware, glassware, and pool-friendly plastic dishes. Guests also have access to a vacuum sealer, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, & sugar,
Outdoor highlights include private off‑street parking, a fenced swimming pool, and a charcoal grill. Home has a dock on canal and 10k lbs boat lift. We are less than 5 minutes from Charlotte Harbor by water and Port Charlotte Beach by land!
