Shop, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 200 m, diving center 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 6 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked. Some apartments are situated on the "beach" side and some of them are on the street-side (through road "Avenue de Languedoc"). Others are inside the residence.
1-room studio 27 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 90 - 150 cm with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Balcony 4 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 60. Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Très bonne location , très bien situé en face de la mer , il manque juste la climatisation pour un appartement dans les combles !

Excellent location mais

Excellent location mais est nécessaire d'anticiper et de connaître plusieurs choses - La taille de l'appartement - pour certaines personnes, cela peut être un problème. - Mezzanine - pas utile pour les personnes de grande taille, et très chaud en été pour dormir, reste à dormir sur un canapé avec une fenêtre ouverte. Mais le canapé est vieux et a un matelas un peu inconfortable. - Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et c'est le 3ème étage - les personnes âgées peuvent avoir des problèmes.
