The self-contained 70-square-meter apartment is on the ground floor and features two separate bedrooms and an additional room in the converted attic, accessible via a separate entrance off the hallway. A spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV and a covered balcony, a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, and a shower with a toilet and sink round out the apartment. Amenities: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds in each), kitchen-living room with electric stove, cooktop, and oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, living room/TV, Wi-Fi, balcony, bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Bed linens and towels are provided. Location: 1st floor. The total amount is to be paid in cash on site. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
