Vacation apartment (70 m²) with a balcony for 1–2 people

Our holiday rental, with over 70 square metres of living space, accommodates 1–2 people and is located in the Middle Franconian town of Pommelsbrunn. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, and coffee maker, has everything you could ask for. The holiday rental features a bedroom with a double bed. The spacious bathroom, complete with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, rounds out the overall experience. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed.

Het zeer ruime appartement ligt boven het gasthof “Zum Schottental”, waar je (in het weekend) lekker kunt eten. De familie Patermann is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het appartement is eigenlijk meer een woning en is schoon, netjes onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je ruikt soms de heerlijke geuren uit de keuken en het balkon ligt boven het terras waar het af en toe gezellig druk kan zijn, maar binnen heb je daar geen last van. Heldmannsberg is een beetje afgelegen maar met de auto kun je snel overal naartoe. Het verblijf van een week is ons ( twee 50 plussers) prima bevallen.

Wunderschöne, große und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt über einem sehr guten und typisch fränkischem Gasthaus. Essen sehr sehr lecker und frisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet, sehr sauber, voll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind überaus herzlich! Hier fühlt man sich willkommen und kommt gerne wieder.
