Inviting home great for a group getaway! This roomy house with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, granite kitchen, great living spaces, fun game room basement, & big outdoor area sleeps up to 16 guests. Perfect for folks in town for sporting events like the WORLD CUP, concerts, college visits and weekend adventures. Fantastic location! Across the street from a grocery store, shops, just blocks from playground, tennis courts & restaurants. 4 Bedrooms and 2 Pull Out Couches - Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed with Trundle (3 twins), Bedroom 2 - 1 Bunk Bed with Trundle (3 twins), Bedroom 3 - 1 King, Bedroom 4 - 1 King, Basement - 2 Couch Beds (2 Queens). Well Stocked Kitchen - granite counters, pots, pans, baking pans and bowls, toaster, blender, Tupperware, abundant silverware and dining dishes, serving platters, coffee pot and Keurig. Basics - sugar, oil, salt, pepper, coffee filters. Dining Room with seating for 14. Living Room with hardwood floors, sectional, large Roku TV. 1.5 Updated Bathrooms. Finished Basement with cozy couches and foosball as well as large Roku TV. Unfinished area with washer and dryer. Great outside space - Private backyard, stone patio, dining table, sitting area, yard games. Gillette Stadium - 35 minutes, Xfinity Center - 40 minutes, Fenway Park - 1 hour, TD Bank Garden 1 hour and 20 minutes. Other things to note - No smoking, no pets allowed, no events or parties, additional fees and taxes may apply, photo ID may be required upon check-in, this property sleeps 16 guests at most. Guests are required to sign a property waiver through email before arrival.
