Amazing property with incredible amenities. The owners have thought of everything. My entrepreneur group stays at Vrbo‘s on a quarterly basis and this is by far the best one we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Which place was fantastic? I took my daughter there for her 21st birthday. The pool was amazing. The rooms were amazing. The house was amazing. I really don't have anything bad to say about it, but I am in the wheelchair. So there was no grab bars, but other than that. No complaint.

This was such a wonderful choice. So glad we took the chance! Couldn’t have asked for more. We met our nephews from Utah aged 13-15 plus a 4 year old. All said what a wonderful place with so much to do! The location to the shows , restaurants and shopping was spot on . Very little time in the car. The hosts were quick to answer , everything was just as advertised. Definitely would stay there again and would say anyone considering, please do. There were no disappointments! We were even gifted with presents during the stay. There was a DoorDash gift card awaiting for use. Everything you could think of was available, almost surreal. Thank you for making us all feel so welcome. .

Words can't even describe how amazing this house was! We were planning a trip to Vegas for a birthday celebration and didn't want to be split up into hotel rooms on the strip and came across this VRBO. This place was less than 10 minutes away and was an incredible stay! The house was super clean and spacious. There were 9 of us and we didn't feel crowded because there were enough bedrooms and common areas for us to spread out. The pool and hot tub were amazing, top of the line appliances and anything you could need in the kitchen, and the best part of all - the amenities! Every fridge and freezer were fully stocked with drinks and ice cream, the arcade was full of candy and snacks, and the laundry room had any toiletry you could need. The host, Chanell, was super responsive and was gracious enough to give us a complimentary early check-in and check-out. We will definitely come back to Sunset Royale and will plan our trips around the availability of this house! This place is going to book up fast so if you see it's available, do not hesitate and book ASAP! You won't regret staying here!

Incredible House, Even Better Attention to Detail!Stayed here with friends, and this place was absolutely perfect for our group of five! The house had everything we could ask for and more. Between the pool, hot tub, arcade, and 5 table games, there was never a shortage of things to do.But what really set this property apart was the incredible attention to detail and how well-stocked everything was. The house came loaded with water, soft drinks, snacks, and food. Pizzas, ice cream, chips, you name it! Having all of that available made our stay so much more convenient.And the little things were just as impressive. Need a phone charger? Charging cords and power banks everywhere. Forgot your toothpaste? There's an entire shelf stocked with toiletries. They even included a 25 DoorDash gift card, which came in clutch for a late-night Taco Bell order!You can tell the hosts have put a ton of thought into making the experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. They were incredibly friendly, communication was great, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.We've stayed at plenty of vacation rentals, and this one really stood out. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for your group.

I was pretty skeptical about booking this property as it was new and had no reviews, but got a new listing discount and thought I would take a chance because the listing looked so incredible!! It almost looked to good to be true, that it may be a scam.It was not. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully well thought out. The decoration reflects “vintage” Vegas, which from the history of that location is spot on. Everything in the pictures is there. The amenities are incredible. It is so nice to arrive to a place and have basic drinks and snacks available and ready. My friends and I were wondering how they could maintain this level of care, we truly hope that people will take what they need and leave the rest so they can continue to provide so much “extra” to everyone!Everything is labeled and easy to find. Instructions for things are easy to be found. Back yard is incredible! So much to do! Massage chair- amazing!! I never knew that being beat up by a chair would be so fantastic that you would go back daily and beg for more.Location is great. In a quiet neighborhood, that you need to be respectable about noise. But very close to strip and airport.Best of all were the hosts. Chanell & Ronnie were quick to respond to everything and just wanted us to have a great time. We changed our plans to come in a day early, they worked with us. Because no one was checking in and we had a later flight they let us have shuttle later check out. Truly amazing!!
