Collect and Remove all trash (check upstairs and under beds). Take to cans outside. Roll out to road before departure handles facing towards house!
Put all dirty towels in shower. Leave dirty sheets on bed
Remove all food and drinks from fridge and freezer and wash all dirty dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay at this Oak Island beach rental. Amber was an excellent host—very accommodating with both check-in and check-out times, which made our trip much more relaxed. She was also incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The property itself was exactly what we were hoping for: clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach. The proximity to the water was a huge plus and made it easy to fully enjoy our time there. Our dog loved it!Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
