Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used linens in the laundry room. Take trash (in bags) to the garbage cans located in the backyard, right of the garage. Waste Management picks up on Wednesdays.
Remove any pool items from the pool area-place in the garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking allowed on the property-inside or out. If smoking is detected, an additional fee will be assessed.
Pool supervision of minors is required. No diving or running around the pool area.
