Guten Morgen.Es war ein Ferienhaus des Grauens. Schon beim ersten Anblick.Tür auf - fürchterlicher Gestank. Blick ins Wohnzimmer - schmutzig. Der Quelle des Geruchs gefolgt kamen wir in die Küche.es gibt niemanden der dort hätte kochen bzw. sogar essen würde.Aus dem Spüler(geschlossen) kam der Gestang duch die Ritzen. Grund vergammelte Speisereste.Die Liste setzte sich so fort. Wir haben darauf verzichtet weitere Räumlichkeiten zu Begutachten.Der Vermieter: mir ist der Zustand bekannt und es wäre doch nicht so schlimm. Er war sehr dreist, prahlte mit seinen Bewertungen und das uns darauf hin keiner glauben würde.Ich habe mein Geld zurück gefordert-nach kurzem Streit erhielt ich 2/3 186,00 vom Mietpreis zurück. Auszug wo es gar keinen Einzug gab.Zu fewo-direkt: - fast alle Angebote, selbst bei Buchung keine Telefonnr. angegeben. In diesem Fall reiner Zufall das diese in der Beschreibung stand - bei weiteren suchen in den Angeboten ein Datum der Zukunft eingeben. Also erst ab 05.12. , eine Nacht auf der StraßeWie stelle ich mit Fewo-direkt einen Kontakt in einer Notsituation her wenn ich keine Tel.Nr. habe.

Sauber und zentral gelegen.Nur die Adresse war missverständlich angegeben ( falsche Hausnummer), so dass unser Navy uns zunächst falsch geführt hat.War aber kein Problem, weil der Vermieter immer zeitnah zu erreichen war. Wir haben die Tage genossen.

Schöne sanierte Altbauwohnung

Super ausgestattet, großer Fernseher mit nutzbaren online Angeboten, Küche perfekt ausgestattet und viele Zutaten, Gewürzen oder Kaffee etc. Check in sehr einfach, der Vermieter war gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns, alles in allem, sehr wohl gefühlt.
