Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood for a multitude of reasons. The first being its proximity to the city, we are 13 minutes from Mercedes Benz stadium making Ubers, Lyfts, and ride shares easy and affordable. We are also 12 minutes from West Midtown proper (think puttshack off Howell mill). This neighbor is easily accessible to the 285 for a quick 20 min drive to The Battery (GO BRAVES). The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and under renovation and brining in new shopping plazas, stores, and coffee shops.

What makes this property unique

The property is not only in a convenient location for going out, you have an abundance of amazing restaurants that deliver via Uber eats if you just wanna night in. This duplex the top unit is occupied by a very chill long-term tenant. But you have a private patio, entrance, and two tandem parking spaces in the driveway for your arrival. Also, there is ample street parking. We are also dog friendly.
