We always stay in this area but this was the first time in this neighborhood. The pool area was perfect and water not freezing like some places. We don't spend much time in the home but it had everything we needed and was clean. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Previous guests did a number on the carpet (dripping something that stained quite a bit of it), but it still looked like owners had it cleaned so it didn't bother us. This location is central to what most vacationers would want (Zion, Kanarra, reservoirs, and Tuacahn) so we were very happy with the home.
