On the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Güssing, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, garden (not fenced), courtyard. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer, heating to be paid on the spot. Breakfast on request (extra). Schönes Haus mit viel Potenzial

Das Haus überzeugt mit seiner Größe und dem typischen rustikalen Ambiente. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß, hat eine sehr bequeme Couch und eine zusätzliche Essecke. Über den TV kann man streamen (Netflix,..) Es gibt zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein etwas kleineres Zimmer mit Einzelbett. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock, zu dem man über eine Treppe vom Wohnzimmer aus hinkommt. Hier sollte man schon schwindelfrei sein, da am oberen Teil der Stufen kein Geländer mehr ist. Wenn man in der Nacht auf die Toilette muss, ist das etwas umständlich, da es nur ein einziges WC im Erdgeschoss gibt. Das zweite große Schlafzimmer mit Himmelbett liegt direkt neben der Küche, hat aber keine Tür, sondern nur einen Vorhang. Das WLAN funktioniert in diesem Raum nicht. Die Küche ist eher rustikal und sollte bei Gelegenheit aufgestockt werden (mit Gebrauchsgegenständen) Was man als Gast dabei haben sollte: Mülltüten, Spülmaschinentaps, Spüli, Spülbürste, Nudelsieb (falls man das möchte), Topflappen. Es gibt eine Schwungtür zur Küche, was allerdings etwas anstrengend ist, wenn man DInge aus der Küche heraustransportieren möchte, da man sie nicht festhaken kann. Das Badezimmer besticht durch die wunderbare Wanne. Generell muss man für warmes Wasser einen Pelletsofen bedienen (und die Pellets selbst kaufen). Auch den Strom muss man extra zahlen (Ablese). Man kann viel mit dem Auto unternehmen. (Zotter-Schokotour, Wien, Graz, Zoo, Therme). Haustiere sind erlaubt.

Urlaub mit Hunde

Auch bei dieser Hitze angenehm kühl. Die Hunde freuten sich über den Fliesenboden zum kühlen . Die Terrasse mit Griller ist auch eingezäunt Also totale Entspannung

Ein wahrer Traum

Wir sind über Weihnachten dort gewesen die Vermieterin war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt zur Unterkunft das Haus ist ein echter Traum einfach nur wunderschön auch die Umgebung ist wunderbar zum Energie tanken und die Seele baumeln zulassen wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
