Dear Guests, our modern, lovingly furnished holiday rental on the ground floor is located in a three-family home on the outskirts of Übersee, just a few minutes’ bike ride from Lake Chiemsee. The A8 highway runs through the northern part of Übersee, making it possible to reach Salzburg in 25 minutes and Munich in 50 minutes.
Numerous hiking trails and mountain routes invite you to go for walks, hikes, and excursions. Our location is the starting point for numerous bike tours. The Chiemsee Cycle Trail begins right outside our front door. We would be delighted to welcome you and help you discover our beautiful natural and mountain scenery. The Neidig Family

Our bright, modern apartment on the 1st floor has been lovingly furnished and awaits you with a cosy atmosphere.
The bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 box-spring bed with a topper, bedding, and satellite TV. A cot can be provided upon request. A portable fan is available.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, towels, hair dryer, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rack.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and radio, leaves nothing to be desired. (High chair available upon request!)
From the kitchen, you can step out onto the sheltered, cosy balcony/loggia.
You can really unwind in the cosy living area (pull-out sofa) with satellite TV.
The parking space is located directly in front of the house.

Pets are not allowed.
This is a non-smoking apartment, but you’re welcome to smoke outdoors or on the balcony.
