"Home Sweet Home Suite"

The "Home Sweet Home Suite" is a rental unit located on the first floor of RiverView Kitchenettes. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room which can accommodate 4 sleepers comfortably. There is a full bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and a private deck with a beautiful view of the Youghiogheny River. We offer free WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV, and use of the outside grill. We supply the linens, towel, shampoo, body soap, coffee, and nondairy creamer. the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, strainers, waffle maker, utensils, dishes, ect.. No smoking or pets allowed in the building. Smokers can smoke outside on the deck though. Plenty of parking. Enjoy the fire pit and pavilion in the yard!

The space
Our property sits beside the Youghiogheny River. This river is formed under the breast of the Yough Dam. The breast of the dam is within walking or biking distance. The swimming area at the dam is within 1 mile of our rentals. We have a pavilion in the yard behind the rental with a fire pit beside it. We have been working on the landscaping in this area to make it a garden destination. Each year we add something new to this area. Last year we put up a hummingbird station to hang our hummingbird feeders and to plant some perennials under it. There is a raised veggie garden in the summer.

Guest access
There's plenty of parking available for vehicles, as well as locations for bike storage including a bike rack and storage in the basement. Access to each unit is via a code on the pinpad for the corresponding room. The code is provided with conformation of a reservation. All guests have access to the backyard and the pavilion, with its designated amenities.

Other things to note
The "Home Suite Home Suite "and the "Sweet Suite" are rented with a two night minimums. Larger groups rent any of the rooms in different combinations depending on the needs of the living situations. In all the are 4 units in this building. Two "suites" and two "single" rooms. The single rooms are set up like hotel rooms and these 2 rooms have king sized beds in them. Those rooms are called "Don't Worry" and "Be Happy". These 4 units are generally rented separately but the whole building can be rented for groups or families depending upon availability.
