Everything was in pretty good shape. The room, bathroom, etc. was clean. The bedding needed a little TLC. There was a big stain on the comforter which I didn't notice until the next day because it had been concealed under the throw pillows on the bed. The "fitted" sheet that was left for the pull out sofa didn't fit, it was way too small. The pool was heated very nicely and there were plenty of loungers for all. Unfortunately, there was construction going on outside the pool area due to the last hurricane which made it a little hard to relax there. We were right across the street from a very nice state park which was well maintained and had a beautiful beach. All in all, it was a nice place for the price we paid.
