Vacation apartment for up to 4 people with a fantastic view of the sea!

You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better holiday apartment in Büsum! This apartment, with a direct ocean view, features a living room, a kitchenette with a dining area, two bedrooms (one of which has a TV), a bathroom, and a guest bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. You can access the spacious balcony directly from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. The apartment comes with a parking space right next to the house.
There is a garage for your bicycles on the property. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (marked “laundry room”) (for a fee).
When you leave the building, you’ll immediately see a green door across the street. This door can be opened with your apartment key and provides a shortcut directly to Strandstraße (very central).
All of our holiday apartments are non-smoking.

The prices for our holiday apartments are always valid for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, you’ll pay a short-stay surcharge, which is automatically calculated as a percentage of the daily rental rate.

The Seewärts Wohnen house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the spa gardens, directly behind the dike. The south-facing balconies are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. A supermarket and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity. Wi-Fi, an lift in the building, parking spaces included with all apartments, a washing machine and dryer in the basement, and a bike storage room are available. You’ll also find a sauna/steam room in the basement.
