Holiday Apartment No. 31, with an ocean view, is located on the third floor of the Nordseeblick building and features a balcony. The apartment was completely renovated in early 2017. The living room features a cosy sofa set. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living space. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV. The naturally lit bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living room opens onto the southwest-facing balcony. The basement features a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) as well as a storage room for bicycles. Bicycles can also be parked in the bike rack in front of the building. Starting on the third floor, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. Shopping options and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is included with your apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Pets are allowed in some apartments upon request; a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, as well as a bicycle storage room. Extra beds are available in some apartments for a fee.
