The Space:

This lower-level condo sits right on the shores of Lake Michigan, offering unparalleled water views and beautiful surrounding nature. The lakeside deck is the perfect spot to take in those views. It also includes an outdoor dining table for four. The light, cheery main-floor living room offers incredible lake views, direct deck access, a smart TV with Netflix, and a fireplace. The snuggly and large sofa is ideal for Netflix marathons! The dining area includes a six-person dining table and great views. The well-appointed kitchen includes every appliance and cookware you need to surprise your guests with delicious meals and finger foods. Additional appliances include a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A second living area downstairs features slides to the deck and access to the beach. This living room also has a TV, a mini-fridge, and a sink. Please note that this property does not have A/C.
