A vacation apartment with heart! Serves up to 4 people

On the ground floor of the apartment, you’ll find: 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 living room with a dining area, and a small kitchenette. The living area opens onto the terrace.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The apartment comes with a parking space right next to the building. We also have an open bicycle shelter available for you.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the Kähler 1 building (for a fee).
All of our holiday apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

Holiday Apartment 11 is a duplex apartment and features a west-facing terrace.

The rates for our holiday apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.


Complex:

Thanks to the central location of Haus Kähler 2, the pedestrian zone, the harbour, and the beach are all just a short walk away. Breakfast options are available in the immediate vicinity of the building. Wi-Fi is, of course, free throughout the building. All apartments in the building have a parking space marked with the apartment number, and there is also a carport in the courtyard for storing bicycles (charging of e-bikes is possible). Like all our holiday apartments, the apartments in Kähler II are non-smoking. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of Building 1 (for a fee). An extra bed can be provided for an additional fee. Apartments 9 through 12 in House Kähler II are located at Friedrichstr. 3. House II is on the same property as House 1; however, the two different addresses result from the location of the entrances.
