Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet still in a central location, our detached, newly renovated, and very comfortably furnished holiday home awaits you. With 54 m² of space spread over two levels, it accommodates two people, is allergy-friendly, and features a private garden with a beautiful south-facing terrace. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre, where you’ll find museums and galleries, a bakery, and a supermarket.<br><br><br><br>Emil Holiday Home:<br><br>The holiday home, newly renovated in 2021, is available for exclusive use with its 54 m² of space. The centrepiece of the holiday home is the spacious living and dining area, which features real wood flooring. Adjacent to it is a fully equipped kitchen with a convection oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom, bathed in natural light, features a walk-in shower and toilet; a hair dryer and makeup mirror are provided. A washing machine is located in the cottage’s storage room. A space-saving staircase (not suitable for people with mobility issues) leads to the bedroom, which features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a view of the greenery. The property also includes a private garden with a patio and a barbecue area. All windows in the holiday home are fitted with insect screens.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
