One of the few oceanside units in Ocean City of this size, the home features a private balcony with an ocean view, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, free WiFi, four TVs, a DVD player, a private washer/dryer, central AC, and private parking for two vehicles! What's nearby: St. Kitts is perfect for a family or group looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation close to the beach in Midtown Ocean City. Outside, you are a short stroll from the Wine Rack, Trattoria Lombardi's, Schooner's, Ropewalk, and Hobbit Restaurant. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place to bring in the New Year!

Excellent accommodations, each room had its own bathroom! The place was comfortable and the main living room/kitchen/dining room spacious and well set up! My siblings and their families a,ways get together after Christmas to celebrate Christmas together and ring in the New Year as a family! This was a great place to do it!

Perfect rental!

This was the perfect rental for three families with kids. There was more than enough room for us and all of our gear! It really is steps away from the beach and convenient to everything you may need. The place is very beautiful and I will 100% stay there again.

Beautiful condo close to the beach

We loved this rental. Beautifully decorated and clean. Loved having 4 bathrooms, and it made it easy to get everyone showered after being at the beach all day. Hope to come back next year!

Friends weekend

A week at the Beach

Unit 101 at St. Kitts was the ideal place for my family of 11. The unit is spacious, tastefully decorated and located within steps to the beach. It made for a relaxing and wonderful week at the beach.
