The spacious balcony can be enjoyed all day long, featuring an outdoor sectional sofa, a dining table, and solar-powered fairy lights that twinkle all around. Enjoy two TVs (a 42-inch and a 55-inch), two DVD players, and free WiFi with a bedroom extender.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 non-refundable Pyramid registration fee (Cash Only) is required year round and is to be paid at the Pyramid at the time of check in. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $20 per night (CASH ONLY). Please ensure to display any parking permit at all times. The $40 fee covers WEEKLY lengths of stays, for instance a guest staying 2 nights or 1 week will pay $40. A guest staying any amount of time OVER one week would then pay $80.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
