We and especially my wife loved the security of the building I my self loved the view from both front and back the condo was very nice, the set up was perfect , good parking we had fun.

Unit was not cleaned well before our check in. Found food rappers under the bed, someone left an insulin pen in the fridge. Carpet was very dirty; screen door was ripped at the bottom and the towel holder in the half bath was falling off of the wall. Fridge had no “holders” on the door compartments so nothing could be put there. Location was great, so this made the week easier to overlook the flaws.

Nice sized balcony and view was great. Parking at condo was good. Easy access for unloading/loading vehicle. Condo staff was very accommodating and friendly. Interior of condo was very outdated. Many, many items need updating. Multiple stains in carpet/furniture. Towel racks in baths were coming off wall. One outlet in bedroom didn't work. Lighting in bedroom was minimal. The storage shelves in refrigerator door couldn't be used because the brackets were all missing. Silverware was minimal. Balcony furniture ok but not comfy - padding on all needs replacing. Have been to Ocean City many times and love the beach.

Beautiful spot

Lovely beachfront views. The weather did not cooperate for us, but we could enjoy the ocean from the covered balcony on very comfortable furniture. Kitchen well-equipped. Home was very clean on arrival. Provided linens were a surprise, but we were happy not to have to use our own.

This property was a huge disappointment. I noticed in the pictures that it was dated. No big deal, we were only staying 3 nights and wanted to be close to others. But this unit was filthy. There were stains throughout on the carpet, dirty throw rugs that had not been laundered were matted and dirty. There were candy wrappers on the floors which meant they had not been vacuumed. This unit needs a deep cleaning. The plus, the balcony was clean and the view is amazing.
