The Ostseeresidenz is located in a prime spot in the port city of Sassnitz, at the foot of Jasmund National Park, right on the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. You’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the sea, looking out over Prora Bay all the way to the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, and Göhren. All you’ll hear is the sound of the waves and the cries of the seagulls. If you love the unique character and charm of historic buildings, as well as the scent of a fresh sea breeze, you’ve come to the right place. The newly built and modern Ostseeresidenz is located in the historic old town of Sassnitz and can be reached via a quiet side street. The Sassnitz Old Town and the beach promenade feature cafés and restaurants, and the idyllic city harbour—with additional dining options and shops—is only about 400 metres away. The famous chalk cliffs are just a few steps away on foot. Sassnitz has only one natural beach, located 50 metres from the house. It’s just a few minutes’ drive to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach for swimming and sunbathing.

The “Ostseebrise” holiday apartment is located on the mezzanine level and features a large terrace facing south towards the Baltic Sea. From here, as well as from all the rooms, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a living area of approximately 88 square metres and consists of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It features high-quality, bright, and modern furnishings. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment, which features hardwood parquet flooring, ensures comfortable temperatures year-round; an ethanol fireplace in the living area adds to the cosy atmosphere. In addition to a cosy couch area with a large LCD TV and Blu-ray/DVD player, the living area features an internet radio with an iPod docking station and an USB port. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. The floor-to-ceiling windows are designed to open 180 degrees, allowing you to enjoy the sun and an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea while staying sheltered from the wind and weather. The kitchenette, with its cooking island, is harmoniously integrated into the living area and invites you to cook while enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, Nespresso capsule machine, small freezer, and more. The two comfortably furnished bedrooms also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea right from your bed. Each features a double bed with a one-piece mattress and ample storage space for your clothes. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The apartment has two comfortable bathrooms, each with a hair dryer and a walk-in shower. The larger of the two bathrooms also has a bathtub and a sauna for 4 people. A storage room is also available in the apartment. On the south-facing terrace, which is accessible from both the living area and the two bedrooms, there are two beach chairs and patio furniture. The apartment includes a parking space directly next to the building. The property offers lockable, covered storage for bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are also available for shared use.
