The check-in process was unclear. The resort also had no restaurants, stores or really anything open. The room was nice, minus a toilet issue that was fixed on the second day. The balcony was also nice, but was not enclosed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad the room and balcony were nice, and we appreciate you letting us know about the toilet issue—we're happy it was resolved quickly on the second day. We're sorry the check-in process wasn't as clear as it should have been, and we've shared that feedback with the team to review how we can improve the experience for future guests. We'd love to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you to the area again. The VueStay Team
