Lovely house walking distance to both the beach and downtown Bethany. Air conditioning worked great. The screened in back porch was a family favorite. This house is also filled with tons of board games and my kids loved trying out some new ones. TVs in most of the bedrooms (though we didn't turn any of them on) and in the living room. Only complaint is that the house was not well cleaned and when we reached out to the rental company to let them know, nothing was done about it. We ended up doing the cleaning (dishes, laundry, outdoor shower filled with empty cans, etc) ourselves. That being said, we loved the property and would absolutely rent here again.
