Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving. This vacation townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen areas, enclosed porch and outside shower. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week. No pets. Smoking is not allowed at the pools or in the unit. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises.
