Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this modern single-level condo offers great views of the ocean. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. Guests will enjoy the living, dining, and kitchen areas and the home's three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and balcony. Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and numerous fun activities. Take advantage of the nearby beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany Beach, and sample food from the many restaurants. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills in a grassy area outside of the building. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security.
