I wrote my concerns to rental company. As they ask you give them an opportunity to respond before you rate them yet, no acknowledgement. The property is old, 1968 I believe. Badly maintained and full of spiders and midge flys. Pick another rental. Lesson learned check zillow because a house can look good on listing and not be what you expect for the thousands of dollars you spend.
