You’ll be staying in a 3-room holiday home that sleeps up to 6 people and measures approximately 68 m². The living room features a comfortable leather sofa set. If it gets too cold, fleece blankets are available in the closet. There is also an LCD TV, a hi-fi system with radio, CD player, and USB port, as well as an internet connection (free Wi-Fi). The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms have blackout shutters or blackout curtains. The pillows and comforters are hotel-quality and washable at 60°C or 90°C. There are two additional sleeping areas in the loft. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a towel rack, a shower, and a toilet. The terrace features a rustic wooden seating set. Cushions for this set can be found in the living room wall cabinet. The storage room offers ample storage space. You’ll also find a grill, a clothes rack, a travel cot, a high chair, a snow shovel, and a sleigh there. The house is non-smoking. However, there is an ashtray in the living room wall cabinet so you can smoke on the terrace.



The Öfingen holiday village is situated in a magnificent location on a steeply sloping foothill of the Southern Black Forest. It offers a wonderful panoramic view across the Baar Plateau— 600-900 s above sea level—with the town of Donaueschingen, all the way to the Feldberg and the Bernese Alps. 

Each of the 130 holiday homes, ranging in size from approximately 40 to 90 m², features 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove and oven, a coffee maker, refrigerator, etc., a furnished sun terrace, and a storage room. Includes 1 travel cot and 1 high chair. All holiday homes offer free Wi-Fi internet access.
Centrally located parking spaces ensure that car traffic remains minimal. The kiosk offers fresh baked goods, drinks, newspapers, and magazines.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
