Very nice flat which is located in a quiet complex on the Costa Calma with a communal pool in the first line. The estate is well maintained, there is a small supermarket where you can find all the necessary products. The flat is about 8-10 minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beach of Costa Calma The sandy beaches stretch for 20 km.

The terrace overlooking the pool is equipped with comfortable terrace furniture. The flat is located on a gated estate. In front of the estate there is a great deal of free parking.

Our flat is designed for up to 4 persons (including 2 children) and is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a table and a table with four chairs, a TV, a radio with bluetooth. The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine and coffee machine. The upstairs bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and two wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a toilet.
Towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, a hoover, a clothes dryer and a travel fridge for the beach are provided.

A 3-minute walk from the flat is the El Palmeral shopping centre where you will find shops and restaurants where you can buy souvenirs or eat.

The flat is one of the few flats on the estate located next to the swimming pool. So there are no other flats in front of the flat, so no one looks in from the windows of other flats :)
