Host was very responsive. The 2nd bedroom is in the basement which I don’t think is mentioned in the description. This is a duplex & unfortunately the shared wall is not insulated enough. We heard lots of late & in the middle of the night disruptions. Location is good. Very tiny kitchen but functional.

I appreciate your comments regarding the second bedroom and noise. I will continue working to make the listing details as clear as possible so guests have the best understanding of the space before booking. The property is a duplex, and while we do our best to provide a comfortable experience, shared-wall properties can sometimes come with occasional noise depending on the activity and schedules of each unit. This is also a family-friendly area, and during the summer months we do have many families staying with us, which can sometimes mean there is more activity during the day and evenings. We always encourage guests to be respectful of shared spaces and neighboring guests, and we appreciate feedback that helps us continue improving. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience.
