The Space:

Find your paradise by the sea at this gorgeous Gull's Nest retreat. Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany, this gated community offers oceanside living highlighted by a tree-lined walkway to a private beach. The town of Bethany Beach is a short distance away where you can enjoy the boardwalk activities with your family, have a casual or fine dining experience in the many restaurants, or find treasures in the many shops that this beach town has to offer. Golfers in the group will enjoy a convenient location just a short drive from Bear Trap Dunes, rated one of the top five courses in Delaware. This multi-level vacation home comes fully furnished inside and out for family-friendly comfort. Private decks on both sides of the home come complete with ample seating for all and a gas grill is equipped for summertime cookouts. The sunroom sets the stage for family feasts or happy hour entertainment, with features including a large dining table, a cushioned window bench, a smart TV, bar seating, a wine cooler, and a mini fridge. A second dining area is located just off the living area. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances is ready to handle home cooking with ease. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room TV. The upstairs loft also features sofas and a smart TV for flexible home entertainment. A small second-floor deck offers an additional area for outdoor lounging. Everyday essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The fireplace is not available for guest use. There is an ottoman in one of the bedrooms that can be converted into a child-size twin bed for an additional sleeping option. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Great House With A Lot Of Space

This house was very spacious and the bath towels and bed linens being provided was great! The house was clean when we arrived. There was a lack of hand towels and washcloths, but plenty of bath towels. There was also a lack of dish towels in the kitchen, but otherwise the house was well equipped.

Good location

The property is located close to the private beach and is well maintained. However, the housekeeping was still working at the time of check in and delayed the check in process. Even after communication with the property management there was no compensation or even late check out offered for the delay in check in. No extra blankets or bedding available if needed, which we figured out late at night.
