great location! parking was easy and it was convenient that the rental included bed linens and towels. quality and cleanliness of the unit is about what you’d expect for a Dewey Beach rental.

Perfect location! Towels and bed linens are provided, which is always a plus, and parking was easy. Quality and cleanliness of the unit was what you’d expect of a Dewey Beach rental, but I would definitely stay here again.

Get Apartment Near All Dewey Bars

This apartment was perfect for our 4th of July weekend. It is down the street from North Beach and around the corner from Bottle & Cork + Starboard. A/C and WiFi is great at this unit.

The condo had everything we needed and was clean and close to the beach. The kitchen had all the things we needed. Towels and linens were included, which was nice. When we got there, there was tons of trash in the driveway and stairwell. After reporting it to Vacasa, they cleaned some of it up a couple of days later.

Unit was very nice and clean, AC worked well and host was responsive. Parking is under the unit and there are two spots but the spots are one in front of the other so it’s difficult if you are on the go. Keep in mind there is a restaurant nearby that plays loud music late into the night. Wear earplugs or you don’t get much sleep on the weekends. There is not a photo of all three bedrooms listed, but there is a queen bed, full bed, and two twins. Kitchen came with some basic cleaning materials like dish soap and laundry detergent. It was nice to have dishes and cutlery ready, washer dryer was helpful too.

The apartment was great and very clean, the biggest issue we had was that the garage was dirty, the ceiling of the garage was leaking on our car and got it really dirty, and that we had no where to wash sand off of our feet outside.

The keyless check in code was Terrible. Too many numbers and then the lock box was suck. We did finally get in and used KEYS.Carpets need cleaning, twinbed room needs mirror, bathroom sinks did not drain.
