A stunning new building located in the pedestrian zone of Wyk, on the island of Föhr

The modern ground-floor apartment “Südernest 1” is located right in the centre of Wyk, less than 2 minutes from restaurants, shopping, or the sandy beach on Föhr with its popular Mittelbrücke bridge.

Through the entrance, you step into the hallway of the approximately 80 m² apartment. There is plenty of space here for coats and shoes. From the hallway, you enter the open-concept living and dining area with a kitchenette. The highlights of this room are the glass shelf next to the fireplace and the impressive ceiling height.
The spacious bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (180x200), a spacious closet, and a seating area.
The shower room is a real eye-catcher thanks to its indirect lighting above the sink and the integrated wall-mounted radio designed to look like a light switch.
The holiday rental is ideal for families with children, as it features underfloor heating. A special highlight is the beach chair, which is available to you—complete with a beach towel—from May through September on Wyke Beach (Section 5). It’s located less than 3 minutes from your holiday rental and lets you enjoy relaxing hours right by the sea.
